Keith Boyer brings over 35 years of experience to the accounting profession servicing closely held business, individuals and families. Keith is always looking out for his clients and his intelligence about the tax law defines his smooth style. Keith is an avid cyclist who, a couple of years back, rode over 300 miles across the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. Aside from cycling, Keith also enjoys going to Yankees games with his son, Chris Boyer who joined the company back in 2013. He has been happily married to his wife Gail for over 25 years and has a daughter, Kaitlin who works as a production assistant at ESPN.
Chris Boyer does a little bit of everything around the office, as every son should do for his father. He is the jack of all trades. From bookkeeping to corporate and individual tax, he is always thinking analytically and outside of the box. While away from his bookkeeping business, CBAuthentix Business Services Inc, Chris provides tax services for Keith Boyer CPA, LLC. Chris really takes the time to focus on each client, understanding the industry and sector in order to take the best approach possible. He also possesses great communication skills to help build and maintain client relationships.
Charles “Charlie” E. Groppe, CPA, is a Senior Tax Manager at Keith Boyer CPA, LLC. He has been in the accounting profession since 1975 and serves as the firm’s primary compliance reviewer for all tax returns including personal, corporate, partnership, trust and estates. He also provides tax planning and strategic advice from small to medium size businesses and closely held business clients that help them maintain their fiscal health and continued growth. Charlie is a sports enthusiast who enjoys watching football and baseball. He is a father of 2 and a proud grandfather of 3 wonderful grandchildren.
Shortly after earning her college degree, Markie joined the team at Keith Boyer, Certified Public Accountant, and LLC as a staff accountant in 2013. She graduated from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting and a minor in Management. During her time here, Markie has gained valuable experience working with individuals, as well as small to mid-size businesses, assisting them with their accounting, sales and payroll tax needs. Markie is detail-oriented, efficient and most importantly a good team player. Markie is a current member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She first became interested in accounting after taking her first accounting course in high school. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her dogs and volunteering with the local fire department.
Jonathan Chudy was added to the team at the start of 2016. Jonathan graduated from Pace University in Pleasantville, New York from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting and a minor in Management. After graduating from Pace University and before starting at Keith Boyer CPA, LLC, Jonathan spent some time playing professional baseball in Fargo, North Dakota. Jonathan was quickly able to transfer the same hard work, attitude and dedication that he brought to the pitcher’s mound to the accounting profession. At Keith Boyer CPA, LLC, Jonathan works closely with our construction contractors. He is also highly proficient in reporting and compliance requirements. Growing up in a family comprised of CPAs made it easy for Jonathan to choose accounting as a career choice. He is currently studying for the CPA exam and is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs.
